Millicent Questline

Meet Gowry in his Shack just outside of Sellia, Town of Sorcery Talk to him here and he will ask you to find an Unalloyed Gold Needle
To get the needle you need to defeat Commander O’Neill O’Neill is found just outside of Sellia in the swamp
Return to Gowrys and give him the needle He says he needs some time with the needle, you can refresh the area to continue the quest
When you return to Gowry he will ask you to take the repaired needled to Millicent in the Church of Plague Give the needle to Millicent and reload the area to make her wake up, exhaust her dialogue here and when you return to Gowrys shack she will be there
Speak to Millicent in Gowrys shack then reload the area and speak with Gowry
Millicent can now be found north-east of the Erdtree-Gazing Hill Site of Grace, speak with her here.
You need to give her the Valkyrie’s Prosthesis which can be found in the Shaded Castle. From the Ramparts grace head down into the poison and around to the west until you see a large open area, on your right is a set of ladders, take these up and follow the path to the right, do not go into the main building instead head for the small side building on your left, inside is a chest containing the item and a Cleanrot Knight
Return to Millicent and give her the item
Next you need to defeat the Godskin Apostle in Dominula, Windmill Village, and then refresh the area, Millicent will be near the site of grace, speak with her here
Millicent can next be found at the Ancient Snow Valley Ruins grace, speak with her here
Next you need to make your way to Ordina, Liturgical Town, to do this you need the Haligtree Secret Medallion. One piece can be found in the Village of the Albinaurics, before the bridge to the Omen Killer head to the back corner and hit the pot, speak to the NPC who appears to receive the Right half of the Medallion. The left half is found after defeating Commander Niall in Castle Sol, behind his Boss area you can go up a tower to find the Left half
With both halves, you can return to the Grand Lift of Rold and you will now have the option to use the secret Medallion
Make your way to Ordina and enter the Evergaol, you need to light 4 statues that are found around the town, 3 of them are on rooftops and one is on the ground floor. After Lighting all 4 you will break the seal on the large Staircase which reveals a Waygate to the Haligtree, head through it
To find Millicent you need to make your way through the first area of the Haligtree and defeat Loretta, Knight of the Haligtree, follow the path past the Boss and take the Elevator down, head into the Church at the end of the bridge, and rest at the grace, Millicent will be in this room, speak with her
Next, you need to defeat an Ulcerated Tree Spirit, to find this boss make your way through Elphael until you reach the Drainage Channel site of grace, this is the grace past the area filled with Scarlet Rot, once here go back into the Scarlet Rot area and up the hill to your right, turn left atop the hill and follow the branch across to a Rot pool, this is where the boss spawns.
After defeating the Boss two summon signs will appear atop a small hill in the area, interact with the red one to invade Millicent, when you defeat her she will drop Millicent’s Prosthesis and her quest will end. If you interact with the Gold summon sign you will need to help her defeat 4 invaders, upon defeat you can find Millicent by the side of the Rot pool, speak with her and then reload the area, when you visit her again she is dead and you can pick up the Unalloyed Gold Needle, Millicent’s questline is now over.
After defeating Malenia refresh the area and interact with the Scarlet Aeonia to receive Miquella’s Needle and a Somber Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone. With the new needle, you can head to Dragonlord Placidusax’s arena and use it here to reverse the Flame of Frenzy if you had chosen that path, this is the only way to get another ending after accepting the flame of frenzy
