Elden Ring sales exceed 13.4 million units

We all know Elden Ring is popular but there are some stellar sales numbers from Bandai Namco in their latest financial results. Elden Ring sales have now exceeded 13.4 million units.

Since launch, a whopping 12 million were sold and by 14 March with a further 1.4 million by the end of March. Some quite outstanding sales numbers prove that gamers are still loving the “souls” formula.

The numbers come via Namco Bandai’s latest financial call which also hinted that there’s more to come for the Elden Ring series.

Yasuo Miyakawa, Bandai Namco president and CEO,  added: “Much effort was placed into creating Elden Ring so that we could exceed the expectations of our fans worldwide. We will continue our efforts in expanding the brand beyond the game itself, and into everyone’s daily life.”

This is great news for fans, it sounds like the series could run for some time, very much like the Dark Souls series.

With rave reviews and high sales numbers, Bandai Namco will be keen to keep the world of Elden Ring going as long as possible and keep gamers engaged. We’re certainly looking forward to seeing what the future holds for Elden Ring.
